I want you to love your arrangements and offer a reasonable return/refund policy if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase. 

I will refund purchases returned  in original condition, minus my shipping and handling costs, and sent back to me in the original shipping container only.  The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs . There is a ten (10) per cent restocking fee.  No refunds will be issued without prior approval from Rich Silk FLorals and the unless the buyer has been assigned a return merchandise authorization number (RMA).  Refund/return claims must be filed with Rich Silk Florals within three (3) days of documented product delivery to the buyer and  the item must be returned within ten (10) days.

Insurance is required for all purchases. This is important:  Check the item and packaging carefully upon receipt.  I photograph all items prior to shipping.  If the item or the packaging is received in damaged condition, the buyer must contact the shipper/insurer to resolve the matter.  I will in no event  be responsible for loss or damage once the item is in the shipper’s hands.
